Anyone think the locker room is big enough for West Virginia right now? Can't be much room after TP's ego enters it. I am sure it is extra big right now.
17 pts 6/6 FG 4/4 3Pt at the half......."He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

A friendly whistle up north allowed the home team to escape with an 82-76 win over Southern Utah.
Leading just 29-27 at half, Auburn pulled away from future opponent Texas Southern in the 2nd, 72-56.
Monzy wasn't much help against a white hot Tide team that went 21-46 from 3 last night. 21-46. 3 points and 1 board for the ex-Shocker & Bama 104 JSU 62.
A&M had no answer for Colorado and Dex only played 20 minutes (like all the starters) in the blowout vs the Buff 103-75. Figure out the Buffs if you can. Winners vs A&M and #11 Tennessee, losers to UMASS and at Grambling State by 11 who was beaten at GCU last night by 33 and it wasn't even that close.
Central Ark lost to Niagara 73-64
Steve Forbes moves to 4-0 Wake 75 LaSalle 63
Noah Fernandes continues his good play with 14 points 5 assists leading UMASS (3-1) over Murray State 71-69
Chaunce Jenkins (8 points 5 assists in 31 minutes) and ODU hung on against the best coach in the world ODU 82 Furman 77
Future opponent Tarleton State 89 Belmont (MVC) 81
UCF battled all the way back to beat OSU in OT 60-56
Tulsa could not get all the way back and lost to Charlotte 68-65
TP had 21 in just 16 minutes, no boards, no assists, 1 turnover, 1 steal, 3 head self bangs and 2 tongue showings & a crotch grab vs 1-4 Penn. WVU 92-58
Temple 72 Rutgers 66
Oklahoma 64 South Alabama 60 Grant Sherfield 17 and 8 assists & his dad had a couple of turnovers but they weren't his fault.
Earl Grant moves BC to 3-1 with a 71-56 win over George Mason
Grand Canyon 81 Grambling State 48

Reports are 1 dead (not a player) and another shot, Mike Peake, a junior starting forward for NMSU. He is hospitalized.
The NMSU team bus was pulled over by State Police on their way back to Las Cruces. No report why as of yet.
These 2 programs have a long history of extreme dislike, although as of now that doesn't appear to be a part of what happened last night. There have been brawls, fights and hard fought games for decades. They do NOT like each other.
