Has ShockerNet seen any legal activity?

Why would there be? Shockernet isn't doing or endorsing this. It's 100% grass roots. There could just as easily be a "Save Boatright" thread, and it would be allowed too.

Initial plan was to keep them as near to campus as we can and get exposure.

I like the above idea from Lamar. We're up to over 3k now in fundraising and can probably get more if needed. I continue to share on Twitter

"I have two units that would target two flows of major highway traffic which would be way better than the original unit you expressed interest in on I-135. I have concerns that there may be some obstruction from the highway embankment. Also, it's a significant cross-read. I want this message to be visible and effective. The thing is, these alternative options won't be coming available until 5/16/22. Therefore, I am suggesting a short 2-week digital flight beginning next week (5/2/22) until the static materials (vinyls) arrive. You'll appear on our digital billboards near 21st & Woodlawn and 2811 N I-135 & 29th St (I-135 & K-96 interchange). How do we feel about this?? Seems pretty good to me, then we can look at extention with the excess funds once the time is up??

Because OneGreatRacer was concerned about legal activity for putting “shocker” on a shirt. Since ShockerNet has “shocker” in it, which is unique enough of a tm I think, I was just wondering if there has ever been anything said to the site owners.

On that now. Waiting on a final contract amount. Even if we don't do a second wave of fundraising, as long as it's reasonable I will likely front the costs for additional length on the ads. It's the least I can do after all the support you guys have given to this movement.

I was going to clone the old "Fire Marshall" faux title with "Save Boatright" ..... the shame and embarrassment and fire him ASAP before the billboards go up.

As far as signs on the west side; I was in a fraternity during my WSU days, made up mostly of West high guys; most of them couldn't read. No need for signs over there.

We will have 5(!!) total billboards, 2 digital from 5/2 to 5/15 while the prints for the physical ones are being made, then 3 physics from 5/16-5/22 with a likely extention opportunity. Great work everyone!
