              Sure. Same for crack, meth, opoids, etc. That’s why the cops can take blood and urine.

                My point is he may have passed a field sobriety test and the cops moved on.

                      He was Player of the year and Newcomer of the year.

                      And of course with that was named to first team in each category.

                        I forgot his brother Timmy was playing for Texas. I happened to turn on a Texas game recently and had to do a double take because I thought maybe Teddy had transferred again :)
