Drake's best win is over MoSt with a 114 NET. Drake's SoS is 269. Drake just lost to 260 NET Valpo. Drake does have two games coming up against Loyola that could help them, but losing to Valpo is sort of an elimination game.

Q4: 9-0

That's a pretty clear indication that NET is messed up. Go undefeated against a schedule with not a single team above 114 NET on the schedule and that's top 15 in the nation? Drake is the poster child for "But, who did they play?".

Hard to know what to make of this team. We are 0-2 against the top four in the AAC, and 7-0 against 5-11. Plenty of opportunities left to prove themselves I guess

Waiting for someone to come in and tell how great we are since we’re still tied for first. This team is only lucky that the rest of the league sucks donkey doo. We are not good right now.

I am not sure why you are tripping? The Shocks record is 11-4 when nobody in the Country (and I mean nobody) believed they even had a team. Yes I get down on them some times like everybody else. And that is because we have been spoiled and we all have these big expectations. But I also got to remind myself to keep this season in perspective. The Shocks have been through some really tough times with everything they have had to deal with, but yet here they are winning and they are in second place. Give this team some credit and give these coaches some credit.

From the time WSU has been in the American Athletic Conference they have never beaten Temple in Philly. The overall record between the teams is 4 Wins and 3 Losses. In fact Temple beat the Shocks in Wichita in overtime in 2018-2019 85-81. Last year game in Wichita came down to DD making a great defensive play to cause a temple player to miss a break away. I am not sure the Shocks will beat Temple in Philly this year. But I am not giving up on them and I am not going to say this league suck when I see so many overrated so-called power 5 teams getting their butts kicked by teams that have a losing record. Go Shocks.

Learned a couple of things today...I will be more careful in what I wish for ie JB getting more playing time. He looked horrible today. As pointed out his screens are "poetry in motion". MU does need to kick the ball out once or twice just to keep the other Shockers feeding him the ball. If every pass to him winds up like dropping the ball into the pit of Calcutta they may not be so eager to throw it in to him. When Mo flashes out to double the ball someone is not rotating and covering the backside cutter. At least today we didn't fooul the shooter EVERY time. Didn't wear the lucky sweat shirt today so the Houston loss apparently wan't my fault after all. Go Chiefs and Go Shocks.
