I agree.

However, I also think the Wichita State job has more clout than Gregg Marshall does in the CBB world now. So, idk how much a good relationship with Marshall does for most of those former assistants anymore, which might change things.

Chris Jans would be an immediate plug-and-coach...obviously next spring. Lou G was at New Mexico State with Chris. When Isaac B was hired to replace Chris here, Chris sent a congratulatory tweet as if he knew him. So...Chris could realistically desire to keep those two and could bring an old friend back with him who currently resides at small school in Tennessee. Having coached with Gregg, he should be able to adjust quickly to this team.
