  • As if shutting down the government matters. It's just a giant paid vacation for a group of underworked and overpaid folks (outside the military) that have a ridiculous amount of time off as it is.

  • I remember when Obama had to invent **** to shut down so that the American people would actually notice the government had shut down.

    • There is so much Fake News going on right now it's mind-blowing. I don't have the time nor the energy to post all the examples. Meanwhile, the porn star loses her court case and is ordered to pay Trump 300k for legal expenses. Her bankruptcy will be forthcoming. You won't find this on the Google news feed under "Trump" though.

The synergy (see: collusion) that is occurring between the mainstream media, liberal prosecutors and politicians is a sight to behold. I'd compare it to our 2013-2014 undefeated season when we were running like a Swiss watch. Everybody is focused on the mission: remove Trump from office by any means necessary. The hilarious part is he is untouchable with senate control and all their attacks will only strengthen his base.

****! I just have to post this.

So Trump is once again proving his grasp on common sense and his lack of racial preference when it comes to the law. He's attempting to deport 5,000 Vietnamese non-citizens who during previous administrations were arrested, convicted, and ultimately ordered removed by a federal immigration judge. These were never deported as it would have been a public relations nightmare. Trump doesn't give two ****s about public relations and is doing the right thing, getting rid of criminal illegal aliens regardless of race, color, or creed.

Of course the headline on all the Fake News repositories reads: "Trump Moves to Deport Vietnam War Refugees" lol

It's a privilege not a right to be an American citizen. And neither if you are here illegally. Buhbye!

            • The CEO of AMI (National Enquirer) and Trump's attorney both say Trump was in the room and directed them to pay off the Playboy woman for the purposes of the campaign. Perhaps paying off mistresses was part of "normal business" for Trump, but the moment it's done for the purposes of the campaign, it becomes a campaign contribution. An unreported campaign contribution, A campaign contribution that exceeds the amount that can be paid by a single donor. That's two felonies, but until something is charged or the investigation is closed without charges, there will be an ongoing investigation.

Then there's something going on in Russia too. Cohen was meeting with Russian officials during the campaign to negotiate a deal for a Trump Tower in Moscow. Part of that deal would have given Putin a $50 million penthouse suite. Russians were involved in manipulating the information that became available during the campaign.

I support investigating whether our politicians are negotiating with foreign powers in order for them to influence our elections. Maybe there's no real fire, just a wisp of smoke coming out a window, but if you see a wisp of smoke coming out of your window, you call the fire department. Same thing with our elections. If there is a hint of wrongdoing, you go digging, even if the only thing you accomplish is to reduce that type of activity in the future.

Investigations are done to determine guilt or innocence. In criminal investigations there are many, many more people who are cleared of wrongdoing through investigations than are eventually charged. I studied accounting, which includes auditing. Audits are not done to find guilt. They are done to show that none exists. An audit is a form of an investigation.

Claiming guilt or innocence prior to the conclusion of an investigation is evidence of bias and foretells an unwillingness to accept the results of the investigation if the conclusions differ from one's desire for a specific outcome.

This was never about an impartial investigation this was about a coordinated strategy (between several government entities) to overturn an election. It all started with the FBI and General Flynn. What they did to that man's life is a REAL felony.

And for the last time, Trump financed his own campaign, if he wanted to pay off an army of women he could do so. The spirit of the campaign laws is to prevent a Charles Koch from giving his pet candidate a billion dollar check. Of course he easily gets around that via the Super PAC scam. If Michael Libtard Bloomberg wants to run for president and write a billion dollar check to his campaign, is that a campaign finance violation? No. The only reason this has ANY traction in the media is because it involves sex.

Now, if Cohen truly did pay those pornstars out of his own pocket as a gift to his client, then he's in big ass trouble. But I'm 99.99% sure he just "fixed" things and then billed Donald later effectively resulting in Donald paying for the fix.

This entire "campaign violation" crusade is a Nothingburger.

Regarding the Trump Tower in Moscow deal; I'm sure Trump was pursuing that heavily until he realized he just might win the Republican nomination. Once his opponents started dropping like flies he abandoned the project. This is his own personal account of the story. It makes perfect sense and I am not surprised he was keeping it very quiet. Do people really think he just dropped a multi-billion dollar global business he'd been building since his 20's for a long shot political run? Only Joe Snowflake living in his mama's basement would hold such unsophisticated world views. Trump couldn't stop his machine if he wanted to. He has 10's of thousands of employees all around the world. His business owns him as much as he owns his business.

As far as giving Putin the Penthouse; I know there are a few federal business practice laws that forbid it for some reason or the other but I'm sure there are ways to lawyer around it. Trump's reasoning in doing something like that was because Putin is a star amongst the Russia Oligarchs and where he goes they go. So it's a loss leader - Business 101. He gives Putin the spot and charges the hell out of his muppets who promptly follow with the remaining units taken by the well-to-do wannabes. Anyone with an ounce of common sense and a sliver of objectivity can understand this strategy. Doing business outside the U.S. requires investors to play ball with the local establishment and sometimes the establishment is crooked as hell. Just look at what we've had to do in China?

Merely another media-driven smear strategy designed for one thing only, to overturn a duly elected president.

It looks as if Trump is about to complete his last two remaining campaign promises and cement himself as the most faithful politician that has ever run for office.

Finally, the horrific socialist experiment that is 'Bumcare will finally be killed and honest, hardworking Americans will be able to afford health insurance again.

                  https://www.oann.com/pentagon-u-s-ar...s-border-wall/

The Pentagon has responded to President Trump’s suggestion the U.S. military could build the border wall. In a statement Wednesday, the Defense Department said it currently has no plans to build the wall, but could take part in the construction of border projects in the near future.

The Defense Department said U.S. law allows the Pentagon to use its budget for border security purposes.
                  Game. Set. Match.

I bet Trump would gladly leave office if he can fulfill all his campaign promises. The man was on a mission and he intended to complete it.
