As the global supply chain has seen significant disruptions in recent years — influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic and China's "Covid Zero" policy, the war in Ukraine and severe drought in parts of the world — U.S.-based and international companies have been increasingly considering moving manufacturing back to the U.S.
