I saw the same thing from a crappy sports car Saturday night in the main lot adjacent to Cessna. I'm going to start carrying around signs that say, "I'm so special, I get two parking spots", and put them under their wipers.

Or maybe the sign will say, "I'm not arrogant, I'm just a moron."

Not sure how we got so far off topic, but I prefer the sign that says. "Next time I won't leave a note, I'll just key your car"

To the parents of the 6 year oldish boy in 106.....This is a SHOCKER game...when you help junior bandwaggoner pick out his clothes....leave the Beaker crap at home...you can pull it out anytime you fire up the '88 or '08 reruns but in the Chuck the crimson and blue is for losers.

To the mildly attractive coed about 15 rows up the student section: Be very happy it's not the late 80s and you aren't in my section. I'd hate to have to show you what we did to sweet little coeds who wore KU crap to WSU games. While many progressive laws have loosened things up, most of what would happen to you is still illegal.

I'm glad others share my usual hate for people who wear KU & K-State crap to Shocker games. I even get mad if someone has a KU or K-State tag on their car in the parking lot. BTW to the Jacka** in the black SUV who took up two parking spots at the Bank across from CKA saturday night and had a KU tag on the front of his SUV, if I see that again I will come after you like a spider monkey all hyped up on Mountain Dew! :wsu_posters:

I agree they shouldn't wear the gear but this venomous hatred for all things KU or K-State seems in very poor spirits in my eyes. Perhaps it's just me not following the rivalries longer than my first year at WSU but I stand by my statement. Go ahead with the insults and whatnot

The history explains it all Hotel. Those two schools to the North did a lot to try and keep WSU down. And succeeded in some areas.

And I believe the academic side of things is what started most of it.

No, not a horrible person...I think what some people are getting at is just common since. Do you see Shocker gear...KSU gear...MU gear at KU games when the opponent is Wasburn? Or how about some one wearing Oakland gear to a KC vs Miami game...you just don't normally see that and if you do, they probably get made fun of, right?

Coy is going to be visiting about 5 schools from what I've picked up.

This isn't just between DU and WSU. Those are just the only schools we've heard named. Patience is required. It's only a couple of weeks until we will all know everything we need to know.

WSU looks like a great fit. It was demonstrated on the court that there's no obvious backup for Hawkins on campus and there's not an obvious backup in the recruiting class. That's a plus.

WSU ended up short on infielders this year, so the decks not stacked against an incoming infielder, which happens some years. That's a plus.

I think on-campus baseball is a plus over playing summer ball. If there's going to be any family time for Coy, it will be during the summer. I think the option of skipping summer ball in favor of family will be considered.

Playing time is always a factor, but in this case, it's probably not as high on the priority list as we'd normally expect.

Marshall, Stephenson, and Kemnitz gave their pitches. Even the best salesmen don't close the deal 100% of the time.
