Help me out here. I don't think I know how to read this ranking. It looks like he's ranked nationally at #8,503 and in Kansas at #159. Surely that can't be right, can it?

At first I thought the #159 was the national ranking, which would be about right for a WSU recruit. I'm certainly missing something or reading this wrong.

Got to know a little something about the game. There is a reason that a handful of players have gone over 50pts in a High School game in the last 30 years in Kansas. It's extremely rare. Kansas record is 69 set in 1966. This just doesn't happen by chance....

Summer time will finally get some single coverage's defensively and better players around him!

The maxpreps link appears to be a team ranking, rather than an individual ranking. I tried to click on the #159 in your link and website response was to ask me if I wanted to create an account, so I don't have any idea as to whether his ranking is 159 in Kansas or if his team is 159 in Kansas.

He seems to be a really good player, but it would be very nice if he would grow a couple of inches over the summer. Skills-wise, he would have to be in Connor Frankamp territory if he's 5'10" or so. I'm not sure his ceiling is that high. If he were 6'1" or 6'2" in his socks, it might be different.

I'm partial to athletes from Wichita and I support your efforts to get your brother some well-deserved attention. I will continue to follow his career, hope he gets just a little taller over the summer, and signs with us if all that works out. We can always use another sharpshooter, especially with Connor graduating next year.

I haven't found anything on him which isn't too surprising.

He's ranked #18 in the state for 2018. There are a number of guards ahead of him, most notably Israel Barnes, Dylan Vincent and Ben Pyle (he's a 6'6" SG and I bet he's from McPherson).

He plays on the same team as Bol Bol and Ben Pyle.

I think he will need a real breakout season to move up much.

I'm not saying he is the next Connor Frankamp. I am simply putting the facts out there so you can see them. Take a look at the facts first before you dismiss him or trash him because he's been through a lot while going through that program at valley center. He can play with any kid in this state. Trust me.

He is Zach Brown's brother right? Ever since we recruited Zach Brown from Valley Center, I've seen that school as a great pipeline we need to access. I'm glad we have a shot at another Brown in addition to Zach and Tabitha.
