RJ Glasper (6'0" 180 LB) guard from Oral Bob in the portal. Averaged 11.0 / 3.1 / 2.1 points rebounds assists as senior last year. One year of eligibility. Good shooting percentages at 43.5 / 35.2 / 92.9 field goal three and free throw. This will be his fourth team after Ark Tech, Arkansas and Oral.

I am anxious to see the finalized roster too! It’s like waiting for Christmas morning when you were a kid.

With 14,000 guys in the transfer portal, JUCO players and high schoolers there are a lot of talented hoopers out there.

Last year we were in scramble mode at this point with so much of our production transferring. I think we’re in a position to be much more selective this year with all of the players and talent we are returning. The coaching staff has said as much to Taylor.

McFarlane was a nice start, IMO, and seems like a talented addition at a position of need.

Its going to be very interesting to see who we sign in the coming weeks.

Unless he's got a job as a runner, I don't know what he's going to do to "get ready for the upcoming NBA draft" . Nice player though. Looking for his 3rd school.

Um, no thanks on JB. No room for him and no minutes at his position to give up. That ship has sailed.

I disagree. JB would play a lot of minutes in this roster.

The ship sailing part though, I could understand.

I don’t think he’d want to fight for minutes when his specialty is defense and rebounding at the 1 and 3 spot. Our threes (Dexter and Ricky) have a higher ceiling, and he would have to compete with Porter, and Tyson for minutes at the 1. JB wasn’t happy to share Point Guard minutes last year either.

My way of thinking on anyone and a possible return is "we weren't good enough to stay when you left why are we a good fit for you to return." I take a pass on people returning after a transfer
