Willis should not have sat down. Only one performing. Shaq had moments on defense. Until they started shooting crazy from 3 in the second half, it was self inflicted.
We are not an adequate team on the paint. We are pretty much just a jump shooting team, and when we get tight we stop shooting, which means we hold the ball too long and make bad passes instead of good shots.
OSU was great after they had a 20 point lead and had no pressure on their shots. But they weren't doing anything special in the first half, nothing different from what we'll see against any quality team. They gave up good looks and they missed plenty of open shots. Course in the second half they were unconscious.
Not a good loss, and not a good look. Glad it wasn't on national TV. We'll need to improve mentally by March.Comment
