The guard positions are talented and deep no doubt, front line players is a different story however. When Shaq and Markis get into foul trouble, are we confident in their backups to rise up? Perhaps Zach, Rauno, Eric and Rashard are just late bloomers. We've seen others blossom in their 3rd year (JT Durley and Paul Miller) I'm hoping this is the case with these group of guys.
I'm banking on Willis being a regular and impactful player in the frontline. I don't expect much different play from Kelly than what we've seen the past 2 years and am hoping Rauno is ready to take on a bigger role, as he started to show late in the season. Hamilton is a wild card - he could be extraordinary or find himself buried again, I hope its the former.
not sure why you're upset doc. It would be Shockernet without people freaking out about coaching changes and expecting Walk-ons to contribute significantly lol
Barney will not play meaningful minutes. Ever. If you actually have that hope, you need to see a specialist. As a senior, he was SECOND TEAM AVCTL II WHILE BEING SIX FOOT NINE. While he may be a good walk on for practice purposes, he will never be a contributor.

Kel,
Barney played his senior year at Sunrise, so he was second team AVCTL as a JUNIOR (and also a sophomore).
I think he has the potential to play significant minutes, but not so much now as later. I would hope that the information I've given to you might change your mind slightly.

No, he played his senior year at Maize South, then went to Sunrise for a prep year.
