There are several that excel in this regard in my opinion. A couple of examples are SB Shocker, JH4P, Wu, '72, Kel and others.

You agree WSU's program is much better? Good. @Horn28Clem30: used the word "program" 4 times in his post. You quoted him and basically said "yeah, but what about those 2 games last year?" Anytime you say "yeah, but..." it sure comes across as disagreement.

If all you wanted to imply was "let 'em be happy", fine. However, that is quite different from "let them make stupid claims that the programs are equal." Glad we all can agree that anyone who thinks the programs are equal is not quite right in the head.

I literally have a post right after I said they beat us twice that I wasnt implying their program was better.

You made a point to defend and legitimize a dumb opinion. Anyone who thinks UNI's program is on par with WSU's is crazy. If you don't agree with the crazies (you say you don't, and I believe you), why bring up two cherry picked data points in order to defend them?

If UNI is trying to compare their program on any level off the court to WSU, they are crazy.

If they want to judge their program strictly by the product on the floor, then the 2 wins against us play.

To that end. I really don't give a rat's ass whatever else they want to think. And if we want to put them in their place, the only language their dumb asses will understand is what happens on the court. So, while we know what a program is and that a program doesn't end at the court's edge, I don't think they necessarily differentiate. But maybe they do.

Anyway. I don't feel like getting in a tiff over this.

WSU will still be good. UNI can dream, and hopefully they can raise themselves up to where we are. 2 good years doesn't make a program, but hey, it didnt take them 4 years after last year.

Hull seems to describe Shamet as one of the quickest guys to pick up Marshall's system. If that translates into games, instead of early season practices, then Shamet will get some quality minutes at PG, even though Shamet's more natural position is SG.

I agree with his comments that Frankamp won't have the kind of pressure that seemingly gave him the "yips" in CKA last year. Less pressure should equate to a better shooting %. It's tough to be a 6'1" SG playing high-level D1 ball, but Frankamp showed some surprising D last year (Frankamp as a shot blocker?? - I would never have guessed that).

Hull's assertion that Allen would be a force to improve the perimeter scoring means Allen is challenging for time at SF. With Willis coming aboard, Kelly and Hamilton are going to have to work for their minutes. It's hard to project a So starter fighting for minutes in his Jr year, but it's harder to keep McDuff off the court.

I'm just gonna freakin' say it....as good and fun as this program has been to watch the last almost decade...it's gonna get even better and funner!!! We may not get to another Final Four or win a National Championship...but Gregg Marshall and SHOCKERNATION is HOT!!!!!

This team may be like an old locomotive, takes awhile to get up to speed but its damn hard to stop the momentum once it does get to speed.

The guard positions are talented and deep no doubt, front line players is a different story however. When Shaq and Markis get into foul trouble, are we confident in their backups to rise up? Perhaps Zach, Rauno, Eric and Rashard are just late bloomers. We've seen others blossom in their 3rd year (JT Durley and Paul Miller) I'm hoping this is the case with these group of guys.
