I have hinted at it and I will go out on a limb and say it. If PA can play some D he will start
      at SF next year.

      PG - CF, LS, DS
SG - LS, PA, CF, AR
      SF - PA, ZB, MM
      PF - MM, RK, Willis
      C - SM, RN, Willis

Anything else will be a welcome surprise but I think CF, LS , PA, MM and SM will be a strong starting
five and we will have a deep bench

        Keys to next year:

        1. Point Guard- Conner, Landry, Smith, Simon

Landry has stated he will be learning how to play point. We also have Smith coming in. My question is whether Conner has the ability to run the point in Marshalls system. Honestly, I expect to see a lot of Simon in the first half of the season as Smith gets his legs under him.

        2. Shaqs Conditioning

We need the beast we saw this week every game next year.

        3. Coaching staff

There has been a lot said about offense the past few weeks. I agree with the idea of a shooting coach. I think if ACGH leaves, his replacement should be an offensive guru that specializes in the shooting form. Also, it would be great if we could find a chair on the bench for Jans. Some know how highly I think of him. I am not holding my breath for a return. I think there are better situations out there for him.

Ty Taylor needs to beat out a guard, not a big. Landry, Connor, Zach, Markis, Payton, Smith, Keyser. That's seven guards of the 13 scholarships. Reaves is eight. If Hamilton or Nurger aren't back, it won't be because Ty is still here.

I'm going to agree with @1979Shocker:. I say probably back but maybe not.

Landry, Markis, Shaq are "Locks". Frankamp probably close. The last spot is still up in the air, I believe.
You gotta think one juco and or Peyton Allen will have something to say about the nine man rotation

Does he get another year to see if that will be the year? Maybe he will be like Derail Green who improved a lot after he left.

And then there is Nurger. He's had a few flashes of potential, but he's nowhere near the type of player that Marshall needs to have.
This is Hamilton's first year, is it not? He did have a year at Sunrise, but I don't recall him having spent time with the team like ZB did.

If Simon is anything other than a human victory cigar next year, we might as well make plans for the CTI postseason tournament. He's more mascot than player. He played WAY too much this year.

I'll eat crow if necessary, hold me accountable. But that would be the most talented dude to leave by transfer in a long long time...

I think he was with the team the summer before he decided to go to Sunrise, so he at least knew a little bit of the system and what to expect. That's what I meant. Then he had this year.

We already nabbed one, D. Smith.

Kelly's minutes are there for the taking if Hamilton can put in the time to figure out how to take them. I like Kelly's hustle, but I hate playing 4 on 5 and am hoping those days are over now that Wessel is gone.

I would be shocked if one or both of the JUCO transfers don't start.
