I just want to say. If Karma is a thing, Syracuse will not make a tournament for the next 10 years. Curse their luck, curse the selection committee, and curse CBS.
Syracuse was 20 spots lower in RPI AND KenPom and got a higher seed with no play-in game. They got that because their coach was suspended during some of their losses. Yeah. They broke the rules, and got more rewarded for it than we did for literally having our best player out and a guy paralyzed.
Syracuse got to play (pre-tournament KenPom) #57 Dayton (7), #135 Middle Tennessee (15), #30 Gonzaga (11) to go to the Elite 8. We had to play #27 Vanderbilt (11), #13 Arizona (6), #12 Miami (3) to go to the Sweet Sixteen. We did this with 87 hours between Game 1 and Game 3 and about 5 hours less sleep than you'd expect from that. They had about 170, without the sleep issues.
Switch our routes, we are a Final Four team. No doubt about it in my mind.

Such is the state of women's basketball. Do they really think this is going to develop interest in the game. A few schools get all the really good players, particularly UConn, and then they let them play the first few rounds at home. Boring.Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.
