Not sure how much faith I have in Iowa the way they've played lately, but I have a hunch the UNIs may change that zero in any event.

In fairness to Seton Hall, they weren't allowed to bring their own refs with them to Denver

I guess that bodes well if you're a Texas fan tomorrow.
        Deuces Valley.
        ... No really, deuces.

        • Yep. Teams capable of beating us are dropping like flies. Soon there may be none left.

          • ESPN's Daily Word: Katz, Brennan picking UNI over Texas, ******* likes SFA over WV. What, these guys now think the Big 12 is overrated and overseeded?

The first day of the NCAA tournament brought some upsets, so which of Friday's higher seeds could be vulnerable? Northern Iowa and Stephen F. Austin could take down a pair of Big 12 teams.

            • I'm glad the weather is crappy today, I won't feel nearly as guilty about sitting in front of the TV for 12 hours.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

              • First two days of NCAA tournament are my favorite two days of sports. How much more awesome is it to sit back on Friday and watch the games when you're team is already through the second weekend!

                • Not sure if I should be mad that we aren't playing Dayton in St. Louis right now instead of Syracuse or be happy that we didn't have to play in St. Louis.

                    So, so sweet.

Yes. I'm shocked so many on this board are criticizing the kid. The question was shameful given the timing (asking someone who's season just ended) and the tone (totally dismissive of Yale). I loved the answer and wish more students would push back when the media treats them poorly.

I thought that the tone of the question was not only totally dismissive of Yale but also somewhat disrespectful to the Baylor players. Like how could you possibly let that happen. You must really be a bunch of p-ssies. Personally, I though Taurean showed great restraint and was quite creative in telling the questioner to F-off without telling him to F-off.

I agree. I loved how he handled it. The question was just stupid the way it was asked.

                          • I LOL at his response and didn't care one way or the other.

                            That said, a few questions.

Would you expect that response from a Shocker player or would you expect them to "take the high road"?

Would you care if it came from a Shocker player?

Would Marshall prefer such a response to come from him rather than a player?

Would Marshall care publicly? Would Marshall care back in the locker room?

                            Just checking the SNr pulse.

                            • Marshall would probably prefer his players not give that response.

                              But

I could easily see Marshall giving that response himself.

Oh yeah, that was definately a Marshall type of response. Lol
