Agreed. Anytime the hands extend like that, it's supposed to be automatic. Officials blew that one badly.

That's ok, let us beat Miami and them beat Villanova. Then we'll show those Iowa dweebs and their jerk of a coach what WSU is all about at full strength!

    • #8 and #9 on that list made me ecstatic. Especially #8

      • OU in OKC is as unfair as KU in KC.

Except Raftery still does games with Nantz.

          • I noticed that on ncaa.com, they have a Bing predicts tab. So far Bing isn't doing that well with only 14 out of 22 correct so far (with 3 of those being 1 vs 16 seed games). Guess I'll stick with google.

The Temple player was in such bad position that the push actually made him more likely to get a rebound if it went short. Where he was at, he would only catch a made basket. He made no attempt to box out. Good no call. Woodbury got zero advantage from it

Could be worse, could be like the women's tournament where the top 4 seeds in each region host the first/second rounds. And I don't just mean host city, I mean home court. For instance, GW and K-State are playing right now, on South Carolinas home court. That is ridiculous and gives those seeds a huge advantage. Another reason the women's tournament is a joke compared to the men's tournament

I agree. That's why I don't pay much attention to the women's tournament. It is grossly unfair and, to me, diminishes their accomplishments. True in volleyball as well.

I take a peek every so often, mainly because I'm a guy and... Yea, well you know, the view is nice. But despite that, the lack of excitement is just not enough to keep my interest. Not to mention you are limited to whatever game ESPN2 is showing in that area. Maybe if they took a cue from the men's tournament and showed every game and staggered the times, I might have more interest

Based on the video in this link, he was in position to get a hand on the ball - before he was pushed out of the way.

Do Temple fans believe that "players should decide the end of a game"? I hate that phrase.

Of the 15 officials I've talked to so far, 14 said it was definitely a foul that should have been called. 14 out of 15 is pretty good. It was a foul. Iowa got a huge break. Nuff said.

They won't get past Villanova though, and I doubt Temple would have either

                                I'm worried about the 15th.
