I just love his explanation. The FVV injury excuse is invalid because WSU lost at #105 Illinois State and at home to a Top 100 UNI.

Basically, WSU isn't allowed to lose AT ALL in conference play or with FVV in the lineup. 18-0 or bust.

We are 42 in the RPI. That doesn't scream "out" anyway. Would be different if our RPI was in the 60s.

KP is the best analytical ranking system out there and like you mention, actually takes injuries into account.

Palm is clearly jealous of KP at this point and will stay on his sinking ship. For as much as I want to win St Louis this weekend, it'd be awesome to prove this putz wrong.

Where is everyone getting their RPI numbers from? I see 42 above, and 51 in the Twitter argument with Palm, and it goes on and on.

Why do so few people know that the NCAA produces an official RPI list? Get your data straight from the horses mouth. We're 38, according to the RPI tabulation that will be utilized by the actual selection committee.

I agree, but I was also under the impression that luck doesn't help establish his rating. It is a different calculation.
