No idea, but I'm betting he's closer to the more optimistic prediction.

        • Sounds like some personal issues - he says something about sometimes life throws you curves and sometimes you just can't win.

              • Good news...saw his post on Instagram with him doing therapy in a pool. So I'm guessing his tweets weren't about basketball.

Maybe I put too much stock into the social media activity of 18-22 year olds...

                • He needs to sit. Kevin Durant's foot still gives him problems. Dez Bryant came came back to football at the earliest projected date and he is having another surgery. I just don't see the value of him burning up an entire year of eligibility for what might amount to gaining a month and a half of D1 experience.

I concur. Risk vs reward too great for him individually. With CF and ZB coming on I just don't see enough minutes to justify.

                    • Redshirt. As much as I'd like to see the young freshmen play this season...that was a pretty big screw. Let that thing heal correctly so he doesn't lose any hops coming into his second year.

                      • Stay seated, Landry. I broke my fifth metatarsal 4 years ago and still have problems. I didn't take the time that I should have to heal and also didn't have the surgery. I also wasn't pounding it playing basketball (my playing days are LONG behind me). This is an injury that will heal and will heal well--but patience is needed.

                        • Landry looking pretty good shooting around and walking without any limp. No walking boot.

                              • Watching him out there with the guys before the game yesterday. He certainly didn't look like somebody that has checked out for the season. I think he is aware that the chance to play with FVV and RB is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and he doesn't want to miss it.
