This is the kind of crap that pisses me off. People treat these games as winner-biggerwinner games. This is not #1 vs. #2 on a neutral court. This is an overrated #4 at home against a borderline T25 team. WSU lost to a Top 15 team last year and dropped 4 spots.
I get not over-penalizing the loser of games like this, but they can't just be treated like win-bigwin situations. That's when things like 'meaningless' preseason start to take on an awful lot of meaning.Comment
