#20 Duke losing their 3rd in a row and on their home court to an unranked and mediocre at best Syracuse team may be reason enough for us to leap frog them in the polls if we can do our job and keep winning.

When was the last time Duke wasn't ranked? Because that might be the case next Monday.

What an amazing year for college basketball. There's an awful lot of good teams and absolutely zero great teams right now. The NCAA is just waiting for someone to come into their own and grab it. This is a great year for Fred and Ron and a troubled WSU team to surprise everybody and just win it all.

I agree about Buddy. He's a great player, great kid, and a ton of fun to watch. As for the best team, they may be. I just can't get my head to pick anybody as the best yet. Just too damn much parody to pick one for me.

His entire team didn't get a favorable call after that incident. There wasn't much time left in the game, but it seemed like everything after "the trip" went Utah's way.

OU is definitely one of the top 10 teams, best is hard to guage. Heild is the best scorer in college hands down. To me there is know clear cut best team, so much parity, some teams and leagues are built around offense and little defense. I still think the teams that can lock down on defense and still have enough impact players on offense will win out. Depth will be a factor along with teams who are relentless on the boards. Going to be a fun 10 weeks, and I wouldn't bank the farm on any oneeee team.

I just find much humor In the fact that UNI, a middle of the pack MVC team knocked off Iowa State at their house, but the #1 team in the country, and Big12 powerhouse OU couldn't do it. The Big12 is the most overrated conference in the country imo.

While not trying to contradict any of your points, the UNI/ISU game wasn't at Hilton. It was a neutral site game.

My bad. Thought it was at ISU. Either way, they did what OU couldn't, and now they're losing to BAD teams.

I also think the Big 12 is overrated. Every year the same ole thing. 6 or 7 teams get in the dance, and by the third round there might be two teams left. It just gets old as a basketball fan to listen to the garbage that spews from these Commentators’ mouths. That's all I have to say about that.

This. The fact that that they beat each other up doesn't mean they are a great conference. It means they are all evenly matched and nobody plays much defense, so any given team can get hot on any given night and never be taken out of their comfort zone.
