ESPN has an article up this morning on teams most likely to make FF from each conference. Obviously we make it from the Valley but few surprises in other conferences....No great teams, its going to be wide open this year...all about the match-ups.

Missouri Valley
Team with the best shot in 2016: Wichita State
Most recent Final Four appearance: Wichita State 2013
Wichita State's tough guys always validated Gregg Marshall's "Play Angry" mantra. Carl Hall, a rugged 6-foot-8 forward, finished with eight points, four rebounds and six blocks in Wichita State's Elite Eight victory over Ohio State in 2013. Tekele Cotton won two MVC defensive player of the year honors during his time with the program. Darius Carter's 245-pound frame helped Wichita State battle in the paint. The Shockers don't have as many tough guys this season. But Ron Baker (13.8 PPG) and Fred VanVleet remain, and if the Shockers crack the NCAA tournament field, the senior duo's experience and will -- Wichita State won 12 in a row earlier this season -- could help the Shockers put together another fun rally in the tourney. This is it for that special duo. They're the MVC's best chance to reach Houston.Last edited by WillieJeffJeffries; February 22, 2016, 10:53 AM.

The Bilastrator will tell you the 68 best teams in the land. He will explain his reasoning, using metrics and his own eyes. But please don't say "parity" in his presence.
Insider content: But Bilas puts WSU at 17 in his index. That includes SMU and Louisville ahead of us. So that means 15th best tournament team according to Bilas.

Cool video about the first class travel that WSU gets.

A large section in the "Giant Killers" article too
Lots of good publicity today.

"UTAH: The Utes are on a serious roll too and have won 11 of their last 13 to climb to the top of the Pac-12. Utah has a dominant big man in Jakob Poeltl, and he's a matchup problem for everyone. They recently beat Arizona for the first time since joining the Pac-12 and have climbed all the way up to a 3-seed in the current bracket. There is more room to move up as well."
Shockernet pop quiz. Name one team who did not have any trouble with Poeltl, holding him to some of his worst stats of the season resulting in a blowout win.
Oh and this article was posted by the guy who has WSU on the bubble as an 11 seed...
