Obviously I would be elated to be proven wrong... Just difficult to get my head around. Especially even more so after watching us popping that bubble a couple months ago. Those guys were just soft I literally am embarrassed for them when watching the replay. Lol Maybe Conner realized that hence wanting to transfer to a real team.

I really hope that the top scorer from the USA FIBA U17 team, who played with NBA talent like Jabari Parker, Jahlil Okafor, Justise Winslow, Stanley Johnson, Tyus Jones, etc... might have a shot at contributing to the Shockers.

Thanks for the reminder. Sometimes I forget exactly how good of a player he is because of how things went for him at KU.

Does anyone else think it's a tiny bit hilarious that KU is taking Nic Moore of SMU on their international trip and not Conner? I mean Nic Moore is awesome and I totally get that. It just occurred to me that if they had gone with good ole Conner to fill their open roster spot at guard (IgorCzechislav Mikhailiukovich or whatever can't play because he isn't a U.S. citizen) they would have at least had someone who knows their system. Bridge burnt, I presume...

Kid could be a star in the making. I think his handle is plenty good to play the point, although he would probably be a score first point guard rather than the prototypical pass first point guard. I can't get over his range. NBA range is short selling some of the spots he shoots and makes from.

CF's quick release is as good as there is. He won't get his outside shot blocked when he is open.

As for a voice of reason, I'm not sure how much he'll play minutes wise this year, but I am confident that he will bring us a dimension offensively that we did not have last year. We had the a team with a high BB IQ, extremely high effort, great defense, and we had two guards who at times were dominant offensively. Often our guards were not hitting at a high level in the same game, but when they did (example KU), we could play with anyone in the country. IMO, CF will be more consistent (scoring points) offensively than either Fred or Ron and as I said will add another dimension that we didn't have last year.

Thanks, though I could have done without the closing frame.

I predict he will not play any minutes for the first 7 games.

The Cavaliers plan on drafting him, but too little, too late.

Okay, so I'm thinking a very young Isaac Humphries was watching his local National team get their asses handed to them by Team USA and one Conner Frankamp. Fast forward to 2015 and Gregg Marshall gives Mr. Humphries a phone call and asks if he'd like to get acquainted with Mr. Frampkamp.

The meeting is agreed to, both individuals find a mutual interest in annihilating the competition and a bond is formed. This has the makings of a nice inside-out game methinks!

The odds for engrshock's prediction to be 100% accurate will be as safe as FSF picking our beloved Shocks to not lose a game on the prediction threads next Season. Can u dig it? Grooooovy baybay!!!!!!!
