Success spoils the fanbase. We had a lot of success under Marshall, but we got knocked out in the 2nd round with a #1 seed. We also got beat in the 2nd round the year we had Shamet, Reaves, Frankamp, McDuffie, Morris, etc. Fans were not happy about that outing. It's not easy to keep things in perspective when you see other teams having more success.

But a trip to NYC during Thanksgiving week would be legit. Not inexpensive by any stretch, but plausibly doable for our fanbase.

I’m no fan of Sanders but that article is weak. If you are noting twice “if the allegations are true….” It shouldn’t even be written. Plus it reeked of a Goodmanesque hit piece where the author basically admitted he didn’t care for Sanders.

Regardless of whether any of this happened, it was a look at me rush to publish half ass effort.

Yea, nothing in there would surprise me .. but it was not presented well at all. Lost a lot of credibility in just the way it was presented
