2. Knowing that Darius Carter would get to make a sweet sixteen during his time at WSU.
3. The fact that HCGM called 1 (or maybe two timeouts) and that to avoid a five-second count while Self had burned through all of his with 6 minutes to play.
4. Learning of FVV calling the player's to a huddle before they talked to the coaches. From the Eagle: “Don’t give the game away,” he said. “Let’s not celebrate yet. I promise when we win, you can celebrate as much as you want.”

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

What I do know is that the timeout to avoid the five-second count was HILARIOUS. It finally wiped the smug grin off Self's face (which, when you're as smug as he is, Self is really the perfect name). Self was pissed and it was hilarious.

I am not impressed with Crean as a head coach, but after this weekend, it seemed like he had a better game plan than Self.
I still think The Hairpiece is a great coach, but my goodness, HCGM just clowned him yesterday."Don't measure yourself by what you have accomplished, but by what you should accomplish with your ability."

Nevertheless, go SHOX!"Ralph Miller was one of the finest coaches in the history of intercollegiate basketball. His teams were always fundamentally sound, team oriented, well conditioned, and ran both their offense and defense with great patience. I know of no coach whose teams competed against his, whether it be at Wichita State, Iowa, or Oregon State, who did not have great respect for him."—John Wooden

I am so proud of our players and Wichita State as an institution.
What Oubre did to Cotton with a minute and a half left in a game that was out of hand really shows the type of player KU is willing to have represent them as a university.

The other involved a non-basketball play, at a moment in the game where even a good play would have been inconsequential. I guess I see how someone could defend Oubre by saying late-game emotions got the best of him. But I just don't understand someone acting like it was identical to the basketball play that FVV made?
Whatever, though. To appease you, I will stop talking about how great, humble, and kind our players are, and how incredibly proud I am that they represent the university I attended. Yep, Cotton is just like Oubre.
