The Missouri State athletics website has a link to ticket sales ... http://purchase.tickets.com/buy/Tick...se?pid=7871503 ... There are a couple thousand of $10 tickets, 130+ $29 behind the goal, and 30+ $39 and $29 lower lever on diagonals. With what happened last week I wonder if the guy who decided on the countdown clock gets sick each time he sees it.

You must have missed the memo, they're a football school now.

"Ralph Miller was one of the finest coaches in the history of intercollegiate basketball. His teams were always fundamentally sound, team oriented, well conditioned, and ran both their offense and defense with great patience. I know of no coach whose teams competed against his, whether it be at Wichita State, Iowa, or Oregon State, who did not have great respect for him."—John Wooden

True ... if that site is accurate, there are ~4k seats still available.

Still, that's above their season average two days out.

So $20 per person gets a car-pool of 4 tickets and covers gas. But, that means leaving at 2pm and getting home at 2am. Would be nice if Baxter Springs still had Cafe on the Route for the supper stop.

I am pretty sure that there will not be many 3 balls in our game.
I will have a great time if this is the case. I've really missed a good post beat down. We generally wear teams down in other ways, but I want to start seeing the back to the basket, back-down layups again. None of this hook-shot crap. None of these fadeaway 12's. I want to see Shaq and Darius mow through some unathletic, weak bigs. I want to see said unathletic, weak bigs whine and complain about getting shoved around with no calls for fouls and then I want to see them foul out because they can't answer at all.

I think the Bears will meet a similar fate as the bear from this classic movie.

                    ^^^^^^ This
One quick note before we present the rankings: With Wichita State’s move to the American Athletic Conference, the Shockers have moved out of the mid-major club. We wish the Shockers well against Cincinnati, UConn, SMU, and more.

The better half and I are making the trip for the second year in a row. Expect this year to be far less interesting than last, and that would be a-ok with me, but who knows, Misery State may play inspired at home without Marshall.

So is there a group gathering at Whole Hog or elsewhere? Always love to meet fellow Shockers, so we'd join if so.

The POGO will be in attendance. I will be my humble quiet self for the entire event. I will blend in, I will move as the wind. Not the wind that is normally associated with Shoxlax but with the wind none the less.
