That may have been Baker's best game from the point guard slot I have ever seen him play. We could have self-destructed when FVV went out with 4 fouls with 11 minutes. Instead, Mr. Baker shows poise and quarterbacked us like a rock star.

We're not nearly as good as the past couple of teams and I'm just going to have to get used to that. With that said, we're playing a lot of our freshman quality minutes and we're still winning. Winning ugly is just as good as boat racing people and these minutes our freshman are getting may not raise the level of this team to Sweet 16 level this year, but it will really pay dividends next year and that is exciting to think about. The juggernaut hasn't lost his momentum.

Gregg said that he has some new rebounding drills that he's going to use when they get back. He said that the players were going to have bruises (from the rebounding drills).

We played like a normal team on the road tonite. We've been spoiled.

Some people won't admit it, but not having Wessel in has made us look pretty average, especially in the hustle department.

We miss Evan, but I am not sure he would have made much o difference in this game. Our bigs were the problem...
