Solid win. It's impossible to play 40 minutes of perfect basketball. After big leads like that, it's hard to play inspired basketball and we played lackadaisical at times in the second half to let them back in it. Tulsa has ok athletes and a couple decent shooters but they don't have an offense. They just dribble around and do a lot iso'ing. #5 was an absolute asset to us. He was horrible, out-of-control, and had little basketball sense.
Solid 20 point beatdown of an ok opponent. FVV was very good. Baker was stroking it. Carter looked good as well.
Need to take it up a couple notches on Wednesday though or we could be looking at our first regular season L since February 2013.Deuces Valley.

Hopefully, our free throw shooting get's back on track soon. We could easily drop a game or two if we continue to shoot under 65% as a team.
OTOH, we are not even close to our ceiling as a team as the newcomers should continue to get more comfortable and effective.Comment
