I just can't believe where the Valley is these days. These are proud MVC programs that have been reduced to nothing. It's hard to watch.

I think that's easy to say in retrospect. Les had 9 years and never finished in the Top 3 of the Valley. Bradley upped the stakes by raising some money and going after one of the top up-and-coming coaches in the country. Unfortunately, it just hasn't worked out at all. I think most here, including myself, thought Geno was a good/great hire when they made it.
