Missouri just needs to understand that a coach is not going to leave a school that has a number of returning starters, beloved in the community, and very well paid position to take over a rebuild. This would be a nightmare scenario for HCGM or for any established coach, their best bet, and not just being a homer, they need to go after Kim Anderson. This guy can coach and already has the fan's loyalty, this would be very much a Bo Ryan type hire for them.

Tigerboard sees to think that Marshall is waiting until after our gathering tonight to announce tomorrow morning that he is indeed the next coach at Missouri. Hope they don't hold their breath for that announcement.

Anyone with a brain in Missouri already understands that, thunder, but that isn't who's posting. By the way, I agree -- Kim Anderson would be a fine and realistic choice for them, and they should hire him ASAP.

Lets be honest, Mizzou would have better luck signing Bill Self. Tons of insecurity in the KU community right now about Self's best days at KU possibly being behind him and a point guard crisis that has no light at the end of tunnel in sight. Marshall has no insecurities or crisis withen the Wsu basketball program and gets a decent pay check. He's not going to the football driven SEC.
