Sully noted this on twitter a few days ago, but thought it was worth posting here too. Flights to chicago from most destinations (including ICT) are super cheap for the January 11 game at Loyola. We just booked our tickets from love field in dallas for $134 r/t.

Hotels are also abnormally cheap that weekend. Fun excuse to get away if you can swing it.

We booked ours out of KC round trip for a similar price, and got a really nice hotel on Michigan Avenue for $89 a night. It will be a fun, long weekend.

ESPN tabs Memphis 3rd in their AAC preseason projections. Seems about right- I think SMU, Memphis and Cincy are all probably interchangeable in the 2 through 4 slots. Hopefully the Tigers turn it on and have a great season starting November 19th.

Most MVC teams have something similar to Shockervision where you can stream the game. You do have to listen to the opposing announcers, though. Just go to the website of the team we are playing and you should see a link to their stream. You can generally buy a one-time viewing for about $5

It's 2014, you don't have to listen to the opposing announcers. Just mute and fire up Mike either on internet radio or on the old fashioned real radio.
