I think we have to remember that polls this time of year are for pride... come Tourney time, if we are a #1 and play Villanova who is a #2, it doesn't matter if those numbers are switched and Nova's #1 and we're #2; we still play them. So, I want to see the Shockers get the respect they AREN'T currently getting, but in the end, it's about pride not #'s. (Ask Gonzaga).

4 Straight wins ove Top 25 teams. Two of those on the road.

Lol at Kansas all you want, as i despise them also. But you cant discount the stretch of games they just played and won.

I am not discounting anything and I'm well aware of the run they are on now. It was more of a "here we go again" type of comment. I was even going to comment " don't be surprised if they jump us in seeding eventually". They are probably playing some of the better ball in the country right now. So is Wichita State.

The Shockers are #4 and #5 in the two national polls, I will take it and love it! WSU has 2 tough road games this week. They just need to take each game one game at a time and keep winning. They still have a lot of time left to move up into the top 4. If they keep winning it will happen. Shoot they are already there in the coaches poll and only 103 points away from FIRST!

I'd just like to point out that @WuShock Reaper: guessed 4th place in the AP by 2 votes, he just picked WSU instead of Nova. Pretty impressive, if you ask me.

The Big 12, outside of KU is a complete fraud.

How good is a conference where the same team wins it EVERY year? All the talk about how good the other teams are vanishes and all these great teams pee down their leg against KU.

Happens every year. KU is good. The rest are garbage. And I will stand by that until KU doesnt win the league.

Remove KU from the equation. In the last 10 years, the Big 12 has had:
12 Sweet 16's (averaging more than 1 per year)
8 of those made the Elite 8
1 of those made the Final 4

Everyone in the Big 12 outside of KU is garbage. Yep. Definitely. Right on!

Agree with everything except using the scrape teeth argument. It took a hell of an effort to beat MSU on the road.

All the people who feel we are getting slighted can find solace that come March, the Polls don't mean ****.
