Bush made some silly plays and mistakes. But like HCGM said, when he was in the game, the Shockers outscored the Jayhawks by a good margin, and that's the most important stat of all. I'm not sure how one can ignore that.

Zach Brown really bailed us out in the last two games. The rest of the 'front line by committee' not so much.

Against KU, it appeared RK asked Shaq about the best way to pick up fouls quickly. I think he had 4 fouls in 4 minutes.

Bush and Shaq putting in the work over summer and then having a leading 8 of Fred, Ron, Evan, Zach, Wiz, Conner, Shaq and Bush for 2015-2016?

I was actually quite impressed with the play Bush traveled in. Granted, he did travel, but the move he did was very quick and very athletic. If can take a couple steps forward next season he could play a huge factor for WSU

A couple of steps is still a travel.

              Just sayin'.

Bush learned the game from YouTube videos of NBA greats. The base for being very good is there. Refining those moves and skills takes time, but he will be better than EO was next year.

I was impressed with that play as well. His pivot foot lifted a couple of inches on the turn. If he keeps that down, the basket counts. It was interesting that the TV guys demonstrated that same move before the game as being fundamental to his position. It just takes practice and practice (and more practice). Something Marshall is great at.

I remember that play too. Commented on it to my friend. Both he and Rashard look like they're so close to making noise.

Ive seen worse not called. It was a quick athletic move and I thought his touch from the line was good as well. Most on here thought he would not have his scholie renewed for next year but now Im looking forward to seeing if he can improve over the summer and be a solid post player. Bill Self had some nice things to say right after the game re #21....

On the Coach's show, HCGM said something about he has improved and he is GOING TO BE MUCH BETTER BY NEXT SEASON.

Unless they call it a "Little Euro Move", then it is a great play.

he didn't score any points against ku.. but i was struck by how coordinated he looked all of the sudden?.. maybe that was ku's ineptness? he seemed to be recovering well off of blockouts (and on defense in general).
