An athlete can also enroll in a four year college to become eligible. The athlete does not receive an athletic scholarship and his eligibility clock begins. This option is rarely ever used for many reasons. It is, however, the option Teddy took.Last edited by MoValley John; November 22, 2013, 10:01 PM.There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

Boy, that was some bad typing. There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

A very good option if the athlete can "afford" it. Juco is an option wherec the athlete can and does receive a scholarship, plus earns college credits. The eligibility clock runs during Juco.

Call me an eternal pessimist, but I also think there was and is underhanded things taking place that has him at Illinois State. Idon't, for a second, believe he is paying his own way. I believe Muller recruited him knowing exactly how this would play out. I believe a booster is paying Teddy's way this year and Illinois State is doing this out of almost desperation and in a dirty way to lo lock a guy down that they wouldn't be able to get otherwise. There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Yup, I think we should make it a point to inform every new Illinois State signee that if they want out of their commitment and would like to attend another Valley school, they just need to enroll in prep school one extra year which will nullify their NLI and release them from their contract with Illinois State. :)
Of course any signee at Illinois State under HCDaaaM has to be dumber than a box of rocks, so they won't understand anyway.Kung Wu say, man who read woman like book, prefer braille!

Middlebrooks has been suspended indefinitely for "conduct detrimental to the team". Didn't make the trip to Frisco for the RedBirds tourney there.
He's going to miss an actual game, so I guess it must be something worse than punching a girl and resisting arrest.
Gotta wonder if Ford is questioning if he did the right thing.Last edited by Aargh; November 26, 2013, 08:21 PM.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.
