The seats that are left are NOT the best for watching a game either. I hate missing games in person and would not pay $2 for one of the upper bowl seats when I could just watch it at home on a big screen, drink cheaper booze and sit on the couch. I don't fault anybody for not wanting to sit up there. I have tickets to Saturday's game but if they were not lower level, I would be staying home to watch.

I have sat just about everywhere in Koch Arena for differen events. Very few bad seats and even the bad ones aren't horrible. Been in 118 Row 22 for 13 years though. Hard to give up the extra leg room!!! ;)"He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

I love the view from both seats but the older I get that climb from Row 21 to Row 31 without benefit of a railing was too much for the knees and bad ankle. Both seats have great fans around them. I've sat down around Row 7 at the women's BB games but really prefer not being any lower than about Row 12. Don't need to see the sweat pouring off the players up close and personal. I actually get a better view of the play developing in front of me from Row 12 and above.

I was able to sit directly behind the bench for one game last year and it's a completely different experience. You can't see anything but listening to Marshall and Co almost makes up for it. I probably wouldn't want to sit down there all the time but I wouldn't turn it down if it was offered every once in a while.

If I lost my tickets today, I'd sit in the obstructed view seat in a heartbeat. I wouldn't say that for every team I support, but it's true for the Shocks.Livin the dream
