Gonzaga was a pretty offensive team too. :)

I am late to the party on this thread. Cold, if you're still listening, imagine me being Paul Lusk throwing a fit and pointing to a spot on the bench when his star player keeps getting in foul trouble.
You are a staple on SN. I don't know how you go in there and get yourself banned when you know how much I need you during this Final Four run.
As much as I love your posts, I suppose even I cant condone this thread. However, I will give you this:
It was COLDBLOODED. Can't say you didn't warn everyone :)
The team needs you. Now we don't have you. Who is going to step up and fill these shoes. At least we know SN possesses the depth to continue with you on the bench. I do hope its not really permanent. I think you will be missed for the most part.
Heck, I even miss Lusking lately. Sorry for all the Bare references. Those probably hurt more than the whole getting banned thing.Last edited by Dave Stalwart; April 3, 2013, 11:51 AM.

They will practice there for sure, but nerves plus different sight lines on jumpers than you're used to typically favors the team with more experience at both. We've played at the Carrier Dome and Lucas Oil Stadium this season, and I'm guessing WSU hasn't yet had that experience. We also don't need 7+ 3's to win anymore, which used to be a hallmark of Pitino basketball. We beat Duke by 22 shooting 2-13 from 3 point range. Your concern shouldn't be about your defense, because we have shown we can still win grind-out games, but your offense, and how you can generate points if the outside shots aren't falling, because when those outside shots miss, it creates transition opportunities...
