I want in a new conference so that when the ranked Jays go on the road, it isn't always the other teams Super Bowl. It's amazing the amount of extra, abnormal effort teams give when we play them. I guess that's what happens when a ranked team comes to your place only once a year.

If diving on the floor for a loose ball was a travel, we'd get about 10 a game called on us. You don't punish effort and it's only a travel if you decide to roll over. He didn't.

He's the new Johnny Murdock. I knew it would happen.

Gavin could always score and had a nice game. He would be tough in a game of horse because he can shoot the rock when wide open. However, I like all of our players better and would not trade any of us for him. I will be shocked if he ends up as consistent overall as Johnny Murdock. We will see how he does at 21st and Hillside when we are on him like a cheap suit. Downing is the player that impresses me. However, tonight, we held him in check and I do not think he even made one 3-pointer tonight. Nice road win for our Road Warriors.

Bluejays lost it in the first half. We about lost it the 10 minutes bracketing halftime. Of course, there is nobody as tough as this Gregg Marshall team. We came back and finished it. They did not.

I don't understand that, they should be use to it. Creighton lost Valley games in bunches last year also.

Soon, for the 4th Season in a row, we will have 20 plus wins. If I recall, this too will make Shocker History. Coach Marshall has prepared us to win games this SEASON better than ever before IMO.

after watching cal-drake last thanksgiving, i thought this would happen to creighton (but not wichita state) in des moines. i was right for once.

'shocker offense needs to step up. they eliminate the turnover problem and then go equally cold shooting. what up with that?

*giggling* I can't win for losing around here. I knew this game would be a stinker (coming off an emotional win), but had I posted what I was thinking, I would have got bashed for being negative. I get on wondering if we looked at a Wichita kid and I still get dumped on.

The reason I posted the question is that I'm tired of seeing talented Wichita kids not being locked down by us. So pull out your pantie wedgie and downshift a little.

Oh and to answer your question, I had predicted the three game losing streak to come against EU, ISU red and Creighton. But now that you mention it, I will predict another three game losing streak...later

We are not a great shooting team overall. However, I think we are better than we have been lately. As long as we keep winning, as I expect, I'll wait for March for the hot shooting. Some beautiful, timely moment where we go off like UNLV last year.
