Missouri blowing a 10 point lead with 6 minutes left to Mississippi didn't help but pretty much everything other than that went WSU's way today. We will see what happens tomorrow.

LOLunardi's last update of the evening: http://espn.go.com/blog/collegebaske...ays-final-look
Looks like even if Ole Miss beats Vandy tomorrow they stand no chance of hopping us without winning the SEC Tournament.
Similarly situated in Palm's last update of the night: http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/bracketology
Sports Illustrated breaks down all of their 11+ seeds and we are not included, meaning we are at worst a 10 in tomorrow morning's update (and likely still a 9): http://college-basketball.si.com/201...sing-now-what/

Craig Shaheen who used to sit on the selection committee was just on ESPN talking about selection Sunday. He stated that RPI us to used to organize the teams to start the discussions, but ultimately resume plays the biggest part in the selection. Who you played, how well you did against them. Based on that, it would be hard to imagine us falling into the play-in round. We will see...Kansas is Flat. The Earth is Not!!

I may have thsi wrong, but wouldn't an 11 seed be BETTER than a 10 seed?
An 11 gets a 6 in the first round and a 10 gets a 7. There's not much difference between those seed levels. I think the chances are about the same either way.
The winner of the 11-6 game gets a 3 in the second round. The winner of 10-7 gets a 2. I think it's more likely that there's a big difference between a 2 and a 3 than between a 6 and a 7. If you gotta play from the bottom end of a bracket, it seems easier to get to a S16 from an 11 seed than from a 10.The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

After 1984, the 6-11 seed, the #6 is 73-35. The 7 seed is 67-41 against the 10 seed."I not sure that I've ever been around a more competitive player or young man than Fred VanVleet. I like to win more than 99.9% of the people in this world, but he may top me." -- Gregg Marshall 12/23/13 :peaceful:

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."
