If Mills was indicating that many of Cortes’ turnovers were from charging fouls, that shouldn’t be as much of a concern because of the rule change which will make drawing charging fouls much more difficult. A player has to be set much earlier now or it is going to be called a block. It is going to be called like it is in the NBA.
