Always liked Burton’s game. He was one of our best players. However, that team was full of good but selfish players. TP, Sherfield, Burton, etc. Practically, the only unselfish players was Jamie E. Burton thought he had to be the Point guard, and Sherfield thought he should be.

Watching Burton today, and Cummings is Pittsburgh’s PG, not Burton. Still a very good player, but Burton is now playing his role, and as we knew, is a very good player. The chemistry on our 2019-2020 team if we could have achieved it, could have been a very good team. I’m glad for JB now, that he’s found his place to success.

Burton didn't have a good game, but he is a heady, smart and confident 'team' player who is always looking for the pick and roll when he has the ball in his hands. Playing floor general comes easy to him. Ray Charles agrees.

Pitt's D has been ball hawking so far in the tournament. I don't much about the cyclones because I don't follow the b12 exclusively like many, but their offense looked wretched (today) and Pitt had a lot to do with that.
