Ernie Moore, Lanny VanEman and Leonard Kelly, too. Oh yeah, Joe Stevens, too.

Okay, let's get the funnyman out of here before he contaminates our memories of some really good PGs.

Craig Steven does sound like a "burger boy," though -- just a different chain.

I noticed that neither Perry Ellis nor Connor Frankamp made that list. In fact, no 'Hawkers made the list. Maybe missing those two was a blessing in disguise.

I would love to have Perry Ellis on our roster. Connor is fulfilling his lifelong dream (or maybe his family's lifelong) dream of being a Jayhawk. How good of a career he ends up having remains to be seen, but I like the guards we have vey well indeed and would not trade any of them for Connor at this point.

                    • Perry would make that list playing for WSU.

That's the bigger jab right there. Saying he isn't on the current list like it means something about him in particular misses the mark. He is good. It's just that he would have actually had a better career here at this point in time and that is so incredibly awesome to be able to say.

                          Agree.
It's a shame really. WSU and HCGM was and is exactly what Perry needs.
He's a heck of a player, but his ceiling is higher as a Shocker.
Man.... What HCGM would have done with Perry !!!

                          • FVV at CP3.

1 on 1. Score 3 in a row and move on.

                            The result...

@DistrictBaller:: Treveon Graham beat Wichita State's Fred Van Vleet in the finals of CP3's 1-on-1 Elite Guard Camp Tournament. My guy was flexing out there!

Traveon Graham from VCU is listed at 6'5 215 lbs.

That's a tough match up for Fred 1 on 1.

But you know he went in expecting to win.

So, FVV is the second-best PG in the nation in 1-on-1 drills. I can handle that. FVV is pretty solid with his handles, passing, court vision, and BBIQ.

Graham is VCU's PG. He's a SR. His A/TO ratio for the past 3 years is 0.67 (Fr), 1.00 (So), and 1.11 (Jr). But he's really good in 1-on-1 drills.
