UCF played a good first half. Forgot to bring it in the second half.

No. 7 Houston pauses basketball activity due to COVID issues

The seventh-ranked Houston Cougars have paused basketball activities due to coronavirus issues within the program.

Houston announced on Tuesday that it has paused all team-related basketball activities because of positive COVID-19 tests and contact tracing.

The No. 7 Cougars, who were scheduled to play home games against Sam Houston State (Wednesday) and Rice (Saturday), have announced that they will postpone both games.

When asked on Tuesday what the likelihood of making the games up would be, Houston coach Kelvin Sampson said the games would likely wind up being canceled and that the Cougars' next two games, vs. Central Florida on Dec. 15 and at Alabama on Dec. 19, are also up in the air.

            Furman hanging around with Cincy.

For the love of God, please do not let Furman win this game.

There is absolutely no way the basketball guru, otherwise known as Bob Richey, loses this game. No freaking way

Cincinnati beats Furman by 5. That was a good game. Furman has a good veteran team (juniors and seniors). Very fast paced game.

Tough to beat Cincinnati when they shot so well; 65% in first half and 56% for the game.

Interesting to see if Lunardi keeps Furman in his bracket with a 12 seed

                    If the link doesn't work

                    Furman 73 Cincinnati 78

                    Team Comparison

Put that 5 point L on the HOF’s resume and enshrine it in gold.
                      Deuces Valley.
                      ... No really, deuces.

Extremely interesting to look at bracketology musings on December 9th.

Every time 76 posts about Furman I think of the rest of us like the young people on the "Turn into your parents" Progressive commercial. 76 has blue hair. Fever is the one saying "Blue".

Sorry, but I love those commercials.

You think the Shockers can beat Cincinnati this season; especially if The Bearcats shoot 57% from the field?
