The bigger point is that black, brown, white, purple, we can agree that Boatright is a schmeckwank that was promoted the same way "Bunny" O'Neil was promoted at the end of Platoon.

He also helped get us in the AAC. I was around him in the airport in Hawaii and on the plane home. I think he is kinda of a douche but that doesn’t mean he is not good at his job. I think he probably knew about GM issues that were revealed by ******* but we don’t know what was done at the time or in the recent decision for GM to leave. GM had enormous clout in the athletic department so the AD probably didn’t have the sole authority to demand change or to remove him. I’m sure Dr Bardo was aware and probably made the decisions.

So you want someone just like Sampson who was fired from Oklahoma and then Indiana for recruiting violations and then was banned by the ncaa for 5 years from getting a job with an ncaa school. I understand he paid his dues and I am glad he is doing well but I really don't think we need to test those kind of coaches. And then you throw Rick Pitino's name out there like you think he is or will be relevant in the future. The man has no moral fiber. I really can't tell when you are serious or just like to bait people by making stupid posts. Look in the mirror and you are probably the relative that no one wants to invite to family gatherings because of what you will say at some point during the meal or afterward. At 68 he'd be the 6th oldest in the ACC. He's got a couple years left in him for sure. He can recruit a few stars and get us back into the Dance quickly. He also likes to coach his players to Play Angry. He'd fit right in. I doubt he'd be in Wichita long enough to get in trouble. Maybe he wins a natty at his 3rd school. I would certainly take an NCAA violation if he got us to the championship game. What world do you live in? This is college athletics. They're all crooked to some degree.
