All the 3,4,5s need to be ready to battle. That includes Anacreon. We need to throw the kitchen sink at SIU.

The reason I hope to see him uniform it will be an indication that it may not be too serious. Just as soon not see him play in any case, although I'm happy to defer to the medical pros for that decision.

EO, Jake and James need to view this, assuming Garrrett is a no go, as a great opportunity to show they can deliver the goods and deserve more PT the rest of the year. If Garrett is a no go, we clearly are not going to replace his offense with this group though, that will have to come from a combined effort of the rest of the guys.

If WU can't beat SIU without Mr. Stutz we are in all likelihood unworthy...

Would be a good time for the Shocker fans in attendance tomorrow night to do what they can to help the team out, especially if Garrett is a no go, by being as loud and supportive as possible.

Shocker fan for life after witnessing my first game in person, the 80-74 win over the #12 Creighton Bluejays at the Kansas Coliseum.

Not as confident as you. Maybe I feel that GS is more valuable than you do. Even if White plays his best game offensively, we can't replace the offense from GS.

It's not White that needs to make up for the points. Murry(4), Ragland(3), Kyles(3), Smith(2), and Hall(3) have combined for 15 games where they have scored 17 or more points. 6 times 20 or more. Williams and Cotton have double digit games. White and Wessel have scored 8, EO 7 in a game.

If White, EO, and/or Anacreon can score just 6 points, surely the rest of the team can make up the other 6/7 points. They need to eat up minutes, take pressure off of Hall, play D, and gather some rebounds (White and EO have shown they can rebound well).

From the players you listed, only Hall scores inside. When we don't shoot well from the outside, which isn't outside the realm of possibility (we are stronger inside), Stutz almost always picks us up and gets baskets and rebounds by giving us a score. If they pack it in against Stutz, he usually still gets his. Hopefully, the guys from the outside shoot well if Stutz doesn't play. Usually when we shoot well from the outside, it is connected to the inside scoring first.

It's not just the points he scores.....it's the doubles he commands, which in turns gives his teammates more good looks. And that's not even mentioning the rebounding machine he's become of late.

It's the size that clogs the lane...make no mistake, his value far exceeds his points....FAR EXCEEDS.

Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.

                          ok you said it better.

And when they don't double Stutz, he makes them pay.

Hall is the one that needs to step up his game today. He's been in a funk lately, maybe getting worn down. Whatever the case, he needs to bring his A game today.
