Then teams like ECU and South Florida are capable of knocking teams off at home if you come in flat. This is going to be a ride and the team who wins a good percentage of road games will come out on top. Mental toughness, staying injury free and good depth will help

Seeing a lot of, “Can’t stand Baylor, but will root for them against KU,” posts, so I’ll share my very anecdotal story on Baylor...
In college at KSTATE (I transferred and graduated with my undergrad and masters from WSU) I worked at the Clarion where all the visiting sports teams stayed. We literally hosted every visiting opponent that competed against KSTATE. Minnesota baseball players trashed their rooms. West Virginia basketball players were absolute thugs. The Texas women’s basketball players were among the most attractive women I’ve ever seen. The Iowa State football team drank all the hotel’s Gatorade.
And without a shadow of doubt, the Baylor men’s basketball players were the most respectful, kind young men I’ve ever waited on. Scott Drew mandated his players participate in bible study before analyzing tape. The players thanked us genuinely. After they checked out, we received a signed thank you card from the players and coaches.
I’ll almost always root for Baylor now (unless they are playing WSU).

I know we are only a few games in conference play, and it is hard to tell what is going to happen this early. But for a league that did not have many good OOC wins, and if there is great parity across the league means we are in danger of being a two bid league.
10 JAN - NET Rankings
8 - WSU
24 - Memphis
39 - Houston
-----------
59 - SMU
69 - Temple
75 - Cincinnati
2019 Last 4 Teams In
Belmont #47 vs Temple #56
Arizona St #63 vs St. John's #73
Today's game's
Tulane (117) beat Temple (69)
ECU (239) beat SMU (59)
Tulsa (112) beat Houston (39)
I might be totally wrong and definitely putting off homework on a Saturday night. Hopefully Memphis and Houston do not lose very more games and the same for the fringe tournament teams. We have already seen how far the AP dropped Memphis after one loss to Georgia, just feel that that same lack of respect will be there on selection Sunday.
