I'm generally considered to be a sunshine pumper. That tends to get people PO'd for me not being realistic enough. So, glass half full...people hate it. Glass half empty...people hate it. Right down the middle...my grammer must suck.

I'm bored and there's been a lot of exciting news recently.
SR - Stutz (C), Smith (G/F), Murry (G/F), Kyles (G/F), Ragland (PG)
JR - Hall (PF), Ehimen (C), Williams (CG)
SO - ?
FR - White (PF), Ede (SF), Wessel (G/F), Cotton (CG), Gabe (C)
C - Stutz/Ehimen
PF - Hall/White
SF - Kyles/Ede
SG - Murry/Smith
PG - Ragland/Williams.
There's our lineup for next year...maybe. You can switch Kyles and Murry but it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Gabe redshirts and one of Wessel and Cotton. I think one of them is kept available just in case. Or maybe they plan on both and if something happens pull it. Baker isn't on 'ship but we know he's redshirting.

The future looks VERY good!!!
The future is so bright; I might need to borrow her shades. :D

Man, looking at that roster, SubGod22, I think Blair and Ellis will really be missed A LOT. WSU could rebound with litertally any team in the country with those guys effort. Next year, I'm not so sure about WSU on the boards.
Yep! Rags and DWill are the PGs; Kyles, Smith, and Murry are your wing guards; Hall and White are the power forwards; Stutz and EO are the centers. Nothing new here in spite of the recent developments. What is new is Ede fills that 4th wing/5th post spot. Cotton and Wessel will get an extra year to develop if needed, and the reloaded depth is starting to show in Baker and Gabe!

As a group JTD, Blair, and Ellis will be missed. Lots of athleticism, energy, skill, and experience! None the less, they had to move on and we've got to start somewhere. Hall is a fantastic get averaging a double-double in his two JUCO years. He is no slouch! White and Ede are also good rebounders. Also, don't forget that EO and Stutz are going to increase their PT from 16 mpg to 40 mpg. If their stats keep up, they will be grabbing 12 or so boards a game.

While obviously in limited playing time, EO averaged more rebounds on a per 40 minute basis than Gabe did last year (14 per 40 minutes vs. 13 per 40 minutes). There are obviously questions about how many minutes EO will put in, but whatever you can say about the rest of his game it sure looks like he won't have any problem pulling down quite a few boards in what minutes he sees.

Last night at the awards banquet, Hamilton was not there (which is no surprise) and Coach Dollar had left that day for Georgia and was not there. However, Tyler was there with the team. That may or may not be an indication he will be here next year. If he had not been there last night, the speculation would have run a bit higher that he would not be here for next season. I, for one, hope he is. I don't think we have seen just what Mr. Richardson can do when given some good minutes on the court. I'm looking forward to it.
Redshirt freshman guard Tyler Richardson is transferring, likely to an NCAA Division II school closer to his home in Huntsville, Ala. “He asked us for his release,” Marshall said. ” His playing time, it appeared, was not going to get any better next year.” Richardson, a shooting guard, played in 15 games and averaged 2.9 minutes. He was stuck behind returners Toure Murry, David Kyles, Ben Smith and Demetric Williams at the shooting guard and small forward spots.
Some posts are not visible to me. :peaceful: Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.
