  • There's no way possible you can put OU in over OSU. No way. Does that mean the Big XII really gets 9 teams in?

OU is a lost cause. No way are they deserving. I think Texas hasn't done a lot either. Even K-State's RPI is in the 60's. I dunno. I see a lot of meh in the Big XII. Which means they'll get 9.
    Deuces Valley.
    ... No really, deuces.

    • Notre Dame was down 21 with 15 minutes to go. They are now up 5 with 1:01 to go.

      38-12 run. Incredible.

Is Notre Dame's really that much better with Colson than without? I'm generously including the win against a McDuffie-less WSU, which is pretty much their entire resume at this point. They had 2 legit (not SMU without Milton) Q3 losses WITH Colson.

        With:
        Q1 1 2
        Q2 2 0
        Q3 4 2
        Q4 6 0

        Without:
        Q1 1 6
        Q2 2 2
        Q3 2 1
        Q4 6 0

I contend it's ridiculous to pick and choose which injuries to consider and which to discount.

Definitely no more than the selection committee or anyone claiming McDuffie's injury isn't significant. I also can't figure out how to get the tagging thing to work for me in the comments. Jamar Howard 4 President. Edit: Hey, it worked.

        • SMU up 42-23 over UConn at the half.

Feels weird that there is a full 4-game slate today, including some decent teams, and WSU isn't a part of it. Fun.

That overall attendance is amazingly horrid.

            • Hopefully this means that John Thompson III will be doing the morning games tomorrow too.

Yes. JT has the mornings and Mark Adams has the evenings.

Good lord. Tomorrow's games better be 10 times that amount. That is incredibly bad.

The American might want to find a location that embraces basketball and stick to that location. I'm hoping Dallas proves far better.

              • When UCONN loses this game, does Ollie get fired?

I believe I just watched portions of Ollie's last game as a D1 HC.

We need him to get fired. If UConn can get back on track, we could be in one of the best conferences in the country. They just can't afford to go another season with Ollie.

              • Bruce Weber is lucky.

                K-State fans are not.

Weber is lucky that a 6'9" stud popped up in western Kansas and didn't need to be recruited to go to K-State.

K-State fans are unlucky because Wade's presence at K-State means that Weber is going to be their coach for a very long time.
