I think this sounds as cynical as anything I said:

Perhaps many of those viewing have already contributed? After all, in early February aren't we preaching to the converted?

I plan on contributing something, but if everyone who was going to give a big amount ($100+) goes for the 10% of the total raised we may end up with less then if they simply put the money in the pot.

The widget doesn't always update properly. If you go into your Internet Options and delete Temporary Internet Files, it should update when you refresh the page.

It is Pay day today so hopefully folks will be pushing that number higher. So if I understand it right, any amount we raise over $2000 will be matched with another $1000 by the five members who pledged the $200 match? How much money did Shockernet raise for the Koch project?
