Yeah, Pitino said he's selling his house and living in Florida; he doesn't seem to think this is a 10 day temporary leave.

UA athletic director Dave Heeke said Thursday that the school “proactively” contacted the NCAA after UA assistant coach Book Richardson was arrested on federal bribery and fraud charges on Sept. 26.

“They’re, as well, surprised and looking for direction themselves,” Heeke said.

LOL! Isn't that like Pitino telling his wife about the restaurant incident after the lawsuit was filed? Not EXACTLY proactive...

Fair is the coach that supposedly was caught on video with the FBI guy....the other coach is their lead recruiter, formerly at IU. Honestly, I think they just want to clear house, because it has gotten UGLY there. They said in a letter to Pitino today that having Dawkins (agent who was arrested by the FBI) on campus in May without the University Compliance office being aware, was their just cause to fire without the payout.
