Montana State Athletic Revenues - $18.8M in total, of which $7.4M is derived from football

Tell me you meant to do that, because otherwise I will have to consider it some kind of divine intervention.
I was down to Morgan State and Montana State. I flipped a coin in my head and it came up Montana.

It was a good choice. I wasn't even aware Montana State was a real school.

That's probably just about how anyone not in the MVC feels about Missouri State.

I find humor in the fact that some tool jumped into a thread that was already well established concerning msu's irrelevance, made a few quite laughable comments, and got owned. He then decided he was pushing some invisible button, all while @ShockerFever: was pushing his mother's proverbial "button." Hey Feve, I'm assuming his mom is probably from misery too, so how does it feel getting gummed?

I went looking for the last time MSU had a winning record in FB. They were 6-5, including a win over that perennial powerhouse, Missouri S & T, which I think might be a thrift store.

...less than half full. The word "than" is a conjunction that denotes a comparison. "Then" is an adverb used to indicate a sequence of events or, as an adjective, a point in time.

If you guys didn't spend all that money on football, maybe you could teach your graduates English. Ah, who am I kidding? It wouldn't matter.

Missouri S&T used to be Missouri-Rolla, and while they may not be much in football, they certainly would own MSU academically, being one of the best engineering colleges in the nation. THAT said, how much glory and honor would there be in owning MSU academically? I would say that would be like saying MSU has more national merit scholars than WATC, but at least WATC grads can usually get a job in their chosen field when they finish.

You forgot to add half of your punchline: The last time MSU football had a winning record was a 6-5 mark, which was 6 years ago. In the 30 years since joining the MVFC in 1986, MSU has won more than 7 games in a season exactly twice. Two times! MSU is putrid in football. As bad as WSU was, but at a lower level of organized play.

This thread feels akin to kicking a nursing home patient who has fallen out of their wheelchair, but the senile granny keeps popping her head up to say, "is that all you've got!". I feel kind of dirty, to be honest.

Wait...so you're telling me that 3G currently makes $300,000.00 more annually than MSU football does? BAHAHAHAHAHAHA
